Unlike my lousy Frontier service, Starz keeps all its content available for viewing. Works perfect.

DONT GET!!! . Did a free trial they charged me after I canceled. Went to customer service refused to help me. The worst!!!!

Freaking takes forever to be able to view titles of the movies and series. When you choose a title to view the info on it, the pictures take forever to come up on the screen or doesnt even show up at all. The movies page you cant even see all the selections because it takes the app too long to think. And this app freezes way too much for anyones liking. They really need to improve this, so its more enjoyable!!

I just started using this app recently with my new 4K you HD TV. The picture and sound are some of the best Ive seen yet. I just wish the resume feature would work. The movies show up correctly with what seems to be a correct progress bar but when I choose the movie it starts at the beginning. Then you have to drag the progress button trying to find where you left off. They dont even have any individual chapters to clue you in on where you left off.

So far every one of the 10 shows and movies I have tried to play through the app are unavailable to play in the app.....why even put those titles in the list of options? The app is completely useless.

Starz charged me for a month subscription yet I cant access streaming services on any device. The payment has posted and the website says I have an active subscription. Every time I try to watch something I get an error telling me to update my payment info. Ive changed payment info from CC to PayPal and back. Same error every time. I tried to cancel the subscription on the webpage and clicking cancel, but nothing happens. It acts as if there is a broken link. The past few days Ive tried to access the webpage, with multiple browsers on different devices, and it just has the loading animation anytime I try to go to a page that isnt the home screen. Ive contacted customer service repeatedly, had tickets escalated and nothing has been fixed. This is has been the most frustrating experience Ive had with an app. I just want my subscription cancelled, which I cant even seem to do.

How do I cancel? I didnt even download this app

Organizationally well designed, but ability to download an entire season of a series or multiple movies puts it among the top TV apps available--far superior to Showtime or HBO. Watched the first three episodes of season 4 of Black Sails on the plane this week. Made my trip.

Beware of the free trial. You wont be able to cancel.

You dont have Comcast/Xfinity as a provider??? Do you even do Chromecast?!?

The app runs great! I like the way it is easy to use and of course STARZ always has a great variety of movies and shows. Fantastic download. And the price is much easier on the pocket than subscribing through a cable company.

We all over pay for cable, especially if you have Comcast. But its fine cause you can watch what you want, when you want , right? Wrong. No Starz for us, not even an option on the go. Waste.

Ive had this app for a looong time now. Maybe almost two years. So obviously everything was perfect with it up until now. Ive watched so many movies on this app. Unfortunately my family recently switched to Xfinity so???? Now were just not able to use the app??? Xfinity/Comcast is one of the most popular of the providers but its just NOT OFFERED? Lol okay then. Sure. So after all this time I just cant use STARZ anymore. Thats great lol. IF this ever gets fixed Ill definitely change my rating but until then its negative five. Of all the apps you just dont offer Xfinity? But Dish and DirectTV are on here lolol what a joke.

No complaints so far I like having shows and movies just in the palm of my hand

I am totally, completely, and utterly in love with Outlander. Thank you Starz for making it happen. I do enjoy watching other Starz series like Power and The Girlfriend Experience, as well as watching some great movies.

Im absolutely addicted to Black Sails and enjoy much of the other content. The app, however, while visually appealing is very slow to load. I, being an older user who remembers life when televisions had mechanical tuners, find the app clumsy in function. I am willing to put up with all of this because of the dazzling content. Im also thankful that Starz counts my purchase of its content over Dishnet as relevant to its provision to me over the internet. All in all 99.5% / 100%. Excellent, almost perfect work.
