I watch it on my 12 inch iPad Pro and I occasionally have to sign back on and it doesnt save where I left off when watching a Series. Fixing these couple of issues would make it perfect! I really wish it would save where I left off primarily because sometimes I cant get back to a Series for a couple of days. Ill amend to say that if this particular issue were fixed Id give it a perfect 5 star. Having to sign back on occasionally is not really that big of a deal.
After authenticated with my cable TV account absolutely every show or movie I click on is "not offered by my provider." That makes this app useless. Im not paying for the streaming service if Im already paying for it through my cable package. Too much other good and accessible content out there. No wonder Ive barely heard of most of these shows, too tough to watch.

The "start your free trial" button does nothing. Since I was referred to the app via an affiliate link, I wonder if this is a way of getting users to delete and reinstall the app (thereby nullifying the affiliate commission). Shady.

The membership is worth it. Now the next best thing is for STARZ to find a way for us to download movies and series so that we can watch it offline.

Last update fails to launch.
I was offered and incentive to try STARZ through a reward system called TapJoy which falsely advertises. I completed the offer to download the STARZ app, begin trial, and gave my credit card, then nothing. It was supposed to be immediate so I emailed the company starting 7 days ago 6 times.... nothing. Not a single response. I would have kept the STARZ subscription, I have hbo and showtimeb. But when youve trusted a company with a purchase and a product only for them to take your money and run.... well you can imagine how that may effect a customers view if you. While STARZ is not TapJoy, they help to promote this fraud by doing business with a company who never has any intention of coming through with what is advertised. This isnt worth doing business with them and ruining a good reputation STARZ.
How can I cancel this subscription. I have been trying to cancel but dont see where or how to do that. Please help!

No search feature? I have to scroll and narrow down by category just to see if this app happens to have a movie Im looking for? Add the search feature already!
I hate how STARZ is too cheap to negotiate a contract with Comcast. Plenty of other apps still have them i.e. HBO. STARZ must hate a majority of their customers since they wont allow xfinity to work on any of our devices anymore.
Xfinity was listed as an option and I logged in once and then it disappeared from the list of providers.... What is going on here? It just says "not enabled". Could you be any more vague as to why xfinity is not an option? When is it going to be fixed?
And a really impressive update cycle, this was broken a couple days ago and now it works again.
Ive had many problems with this app but now when I attempt to sign in using my TV provider it says Im not authorized to watch STARZ, even though I watched yesterday and the day before.
