It is a good application for those who love watching movies is simple and easy to pay with a card iTunes have to credit a month or two

Ive had this app for a while now and it was just fine. They updated it with no xfinity support?? Im an xfinity customer who pays for Starz and they want MORE money to use the app now?? And they rolled encore into it also! >:( Ill be cancelling my Starz subscription a.s.a.p.

Seriously, when it comes to movies and shows, this is the easiest one on the market to use. Very simple navigation, great features, a clean layout, and the best thing - downloadable content. That’s incredibly handy, I wish more apps did it.

What happened to my access? The app does not let me log in. Says I am not authorized. My paid subscription says otherwise!

I live in Puerto Rico and with this new version of starz it keeps asking for a pin # which I can never get . Customer service tells me that P.R. Is not included in this service , I never had a problem before, Ive had starz for years , I dont understand what the problem is . It seems like customer service doesnt know how to solve the problem. If somebody from P.R. Can tell me if they are having the same I would appreciate it.

If you like high quality movies and original series then this app is for you. It definitely is unfortunate that Xfinity does not authenticate but that seems like it is on Comcast at this point. $8.99 is a steal for all of this content. Searching through the award winning category is reason enough to subscribe. The beauty of this service vs. Netflix is STARZ content is downloadable and the movie quality is much higher. Add on shows like The Girlfriend Experience and all of the sudden you have one of the best platforms out there. Do yourself a favor and subscribe. It is worth every penny spent and minute watching!

Spend 8.99 a month and also have to upgrade your cable provider package. Not worth it!

Unless you subscribe to all of the Starz offerings (I think theres a half dozen products), the app will show you page after page of "locked" content, with no apparent way to limit the display to only those products you actually subscribe to. For all I know, the app actually works quite well, but Ive never been motivated to find the material I could actually watch, buried in all the other stuff.

Very disappointed. Im a DirecTV customer who has Encore through an extended package, but does not subscribe to Starz. Since Encore Play has now been combined under the new Starz app, I can no longer view Encore programming through my DirecTV access online. This is very disappointing, since Starz recently announced they would shortly be showing previous seasons of their popular series on the Encore channels. Heres hoping the Starz app developer will be address this in a future update?

We use this on our AppleTv. We have an account through DirectTv and this thing freezes all the time. Now when we open it in AppleTv, many of the shows now have lock in the corner. Whats the point of having an app that most of the programs are either locked or freeze all the time.
