STARZ App Reviews

On episodes that have been downloaded there frequently is short periods of blurryness. Sometimes its not all over the whole screen at one time. I think I like the former way the videos were placed on the page. I watch a lot on my iPad and if I happen to interrupt the show by hitting the home button it will not let me go back to my saved episodes I have to watch on a simultaneous download and viewing which can be slowed when others are using band width.

With the last couple of upgrades STARZ has gotten more difficult to use. I use it with Apple TV through UVerse and it now stops in the middle of shows and gives me error messages refusing to let me restart my shows. This is extremely frustrating because STARZ has the best programming. I hope they will soon resolve these new problems. The next paragraph is my original review of five stars commentary. Hopefully we can soon return to that higher rating. Previous Rating from 1 year ago: Works great all the time. No complaints, no suggestions for improvement. I watch through UVerse and dont have to miss my shows while traveling.

If its supported, its impossible to find.

Apparently my provider doesnt count, so the extra I pay them for Starz just doesnt matter

The Apple TV app is very buggy. I have had to log out and log back in/reauthorize several times when watching to avoid getting authorization errors while binge watching a series. Will be nice if this is fixed. Also, it doesnt give info on how to unlock certain content...isnt the point to upsell?

Its a HUGE inconvenience to have to log back in every single time I want to use this app. Stop it!

Great app

You either have to sit through an entire movie or show or miss some of it there is no way to pause or fast forward and if you stop the movie or show it starts from the beginning when you hit play again So unless you really have no life or have 2 hours to just sit in front of the tv dont waste your time getting this app

I pay extra every month , cable is very expensive and WOW! Is still not listed to login . Would be nice to watch Outlander and others on the go.

You guys charged me $9.66 when I was supposed to get a month free trial. What a ripoff! I wont watch you again!

This app has great shows and movies love the starz app

While it does offer its older shows, it doesnt offer all of the past seasons of those shows. I also have to reload the app several times to get it to cooperate almost every time I go to use it. I would like to see all past seasons show up under all shows and it would be smoother if when you clicked on a show to watch, it would show all options related to the show instead of showing the most recent episode first. I have to go out and come back in to the show just to see the other options. Also I dont see why the app will not work if Im not connected to wi-fi. It would be awesome if I could use my cellular data as well.

On any video that I download on the high quality setting the audio is terrible. Please fix this and I will increase to 5 stars.

Needs to have the 2nd largest TV Provider if you are going to offer it for existing customers...
