Broken App, Poor Customer Service, Useless Webpage
Starz charged me for a month subscription yet I cant access streaming services on any device. The payment has posted and the website says I have an active subscription. Every time I try to watch something I get an error telling me to update my payment info. Ive changed payment info from CC to PayPal and back. Same error every time. I tried to cancel the subscription on the webpage and clicking cancel, but nothing happens. It acts as if there is a broken link. The past few days Ive tried to access the webpage, with multiple browsers on different devices, and it just has the loading animation anytime I try to go to a page that isnt the home screen. Ive contacted customer service repeatedly, had tickets escalated and nothing has been fixed. This is has been the most frustrating experience Ive had with an app. I just want my subscription cancelled, which I cant even seem to do.
