Great content, puzzling utility

Im absolutely addicted to Black Sails and enjoy much of the other content.
The app, however, while visually appealing is very slow to load. I, being an older user who remembers life when televisions had mechanical tuners, find the app clumsy in function.
I am willing to put up with all of this because of the dazzling content. Im also thankful that Starz counts my purchase of its content over Dishnet as relevant to its provision to me over the internet. All in all 99.5% / 100%. Excellent, almost perfect work.
