I subscribed online directly through the STARZ site. Tried to watch content via my acct info on iOS and it just gives me a "renew your subscription" notice, even tho Im only one day in to a 7 day free trial. No place in app to shut this notice off, and it doesnt show up in iTunes subscriptions...

Starz should immediately terminate all of their app developers and publicly name them and post their photographs. This would allow them to be permanently blacklisted from working for any other company in a development role. They are terrible at their jobs and should spend time reflecting on their failures in their field and, quite possibly, life itself. This app has one purpose; i.e., allow for subscribers to view Starz content from their Apple device. The app consistently performs this task as well as a cup with a hole in the bottom of it holds water. Everyone is afforded an occasional error. This company, however, seems to pride itself on creating new versions worse than its predecessor. Its actually impressive how every version seems to take the overall functionality down a notch. In closing, this app is garbage and is a waste of storage space. Dont expect it to work.

Xfinity was listed as an option and I logged in once and then it disappeared from the list of providers.... What is going on here? It just says "not enabled". Could you be any more vague as to why xfinity is not an option? When is it going to be fixed?

Not sure who writes the software for this app, but would recommend outsourcing to the folks who write the HBO go app. Will not remain signed in for more than 24 hours it appears. Have been unable to watch downloaded videos unless connected to an internet source, which really defeats the whole idea of offline viewing. Additionally, Ive been unable to find any support section to help with the problems experienced. Seems to just be a token attempt at an app and only offered because all of the other premium TV providers offer one.

either stars channels have no business being on comcast/xfinity, or the software writers forgot to put that provider in the all providers list.

Works like one would expect it to. I have not had any issues so far and I am able to watch the shows I want to watch without any problems.

I wanted to watch the new episode of American Gods but it wouldnt let me because apparently Im not subscribed but when I contacted Spectrum they said I was subscribed to Starz but yet I cant login to the app! Please fix this

I cant view anything unless I download from my wifi? I pay for data each month i shouldnt have to tie up data space on my mobile phone to watch my show on the go!

What a waste of time. I bought Starz for American Gods, but the appletv app wont let me watch it without browsing to their website and setting up parental controls. Fine, so I browse to it on my iPhone but it doesnt work in Safari. Fine, so I browse to it using chrome on my phone - doesnt work. Fine, so I get my laptop and it insists on me setting up a PIN code and then it finally works. WASTE OF TIME What did this actually achieve except inconvenience someone that is evaluating your service?

Direct tv log in work on everything but yours. Why do you make everything difficult to get to and offer no support and then advertise about everything you offer but then dont allow access.... screw corp America

Get a receipt is expired error when trying to watch any show

I love this app. All my shows ready at my fingertips. I only wish I could download my show( Power) so that I can watch it when I am in the subway.

Overall a great App! Love keeping up with the White Princess from my phone

The last couple of updates have made this app unreliable. I have to log in just about every time, which makes the offline functionality useless if I cant stay logged in. My downloads almost always disappear when logged out. And I have to reset the network settings on my phone periodically because the app not only crashes the app, but also my wireless. Also, seems like fewer movies are available for download as in the past.
