Doesnt work for me!

Not all providers have an agreement to be able to log in. I have the WOW network ,They do not have an agreement due to contact agreements,,,even though I pay for Stars on my subscription! I CAN NOT LOG IN. I DONt get it, is it too much to ask to be able to watch a movie on vacation?
