If you have Verizon and an iPad you can forget using this app. I have been trying for almost a YEAR to get Verizon to fix their "communication" issues with this app. It used to be perfect, then we could only view about half of the movies, (there was a padlock on them locking us out). After constant complaining about 2 weeks ago the app was working perfectly again, we could watch everything. Last night I opened the app to watch a movie and now we are locked out of ALL of the STARZ original series and about 3/4 of the movies. WTH! I wish Verizon and STARZ would get their act together. I feel a complaint with the BBB coming on. Verizons answer was that if we can view whatever is being offered on the set-top box, then thats good enough. STARZ answer was that its a Verizon communication issue within the app.
