App repeatedly trys to make me try to set parental control

App keeps telling me to go to site to set parental control before letting me watch show. The trick is that you must use a computer to go to the site because it will not work from phone or tablet and then the settings page is bugged because there is nothing to change but you can then watch your show until the next time you try to use app.
