Too many glitches

Unfortunately this app does not give me access to a lot of content even though I subscribe through TWC/Spectrum. It keeps telling me I need to upgrade, upgrade to what?!? Other times Im lucky if I can get access at all. A shame since STARZ has some good original programming.
